Mr. Manoj Daga

Managing Partner, B.Com., FCA

Mr. Manoj Daga is a dynamic, inspiring and forward looking leader who is working very confidently and strategically for the growth and transformation of the Firm to the next level. Equipped with an inherent vibrancy, he is driving the mission of creating a highly “client centric and people centric organisation”. A firm believer of the entrepreneurial model, he inspires and ignites passion, creativity and innovation in those around him.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) – (FCA) and with over 24 years of experience in accounting and assurance services. He brings to fore a plethora of knowledge, experience and expertise with proficiency and finesse. Through a professional career spanning more than a decade, he has led various prestigious assurance and advisory engagements for some very large and marquee clients in banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, infrastructure, education, oil & gas and real estate sectors.

He has been with the Firm since early 2006 and has been a continual part of the core leadership team. He has actively participated in various strategic policy matters and initiatives of the group, strategic integration of firms and expansions of team, offices and operations in India. With a passion for newer and challenging opportunities, he has also been instrumental in group’s foray into consulting and advisory services in the area of IFRS/US GAAP Reporting, Financial Modelling, XBRL & iXBRL, Reporting, etc.

Mr. Purushottam Nyati

Deputy National Leader

Purushottam Nyati is Audit & Assurance partner. He is associated with the firm since 2006 years and having post qualification experience in auditing of BFSI, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Education sectors. He has extensive exposure in auditing of BFSI. He has played crucial role in development of IFRS/Ind AS capabilities and practice at Haribhakti & Co. LLP. He has also gained considerable practical experience on application of IFRS/Ind AS while working on numerous convergence projects. He is core member of IFRS /Ind-AS project team and responsible for advising on critical accounting matters and in-house training on Ind AS across the firm. He has also worked on Capital Market Transactions.

Apart from Client execution, he has been part of various business development initiatives and strategic decision. He has also written articles on matters of various professional interest such as auditing of Insurance Company, accounting matter on IFRS. He has also presented at ICAI and other forums on Indian AS, Ind-AS/IFRS, Revised Schedule VI and Audit of Life Insurance Company and General Insurance Companies.

Mr. V. B. Haribhakti

Senior Partner FCA

Mr. V. B. Haribhakti has been the guiding light for the Group through its six decades of operations. His professional career personifies the quality orientation that the Group has aspired for and has modeled its service delivery process on. Mr. V. B. Haribhakti is also a prominent and well respected figure in the trade and industrial circles in India.

The Government of India had appointed him as an independent director in public sector enterprises and as a member of the Sales Tax Enquiry Committee. He continues to render guidance to many large limited companies as an Independent director.

Companies from diverse industries including Banking, Insurance and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Electricals, Polythene Films, Textiles, Auto parts, Shipping and Real Estate across different geographies have benefited from consulting him in matters involving Assurance, Taxes and general business practices.

Mr. V. B. Haribhakti was the Deputy Leader of the Indian delegation to the IXth International Congress of Accountants held in Paris where he submitted a paper on “Accountant’s Role in the Evaluation of Capital Investments”. He is the author of “Taxation of Non Residents in India”. He has written several articles and has been invited to speak at public forums on subjects ranging from Taxation Policy to Public Finance and Management.

As a recognition for his outstanding achievements, he was awarded the International Man of the Year 2000-01 by the International Centre, Cambridge, England.
